I finally got all my CCW paperwork and $$$ in order and applied for my CCW permit with St. Louis County on 10/29
I know it can take up to 45 days...
Anyone elses take less time???? _________________ When the going gets tough, Palin quits......

45 days is a decent time - most of the time it is written for the politians to give them a max time when the law first passes. As a mature CCW state Ohio takes 2 weeks, Florida still takes several months - but I hear that they stripped thier staff out with the latest budget cuts. _________________ Everything I know I learned from my dad; some of it was what to do, and some of it was what not to do...

Mine took only a few days but that was years ago. My license was #22 in my county. As a FFL holder and Federal employee, my background check didn't take much effort. _________________ Mobuck |
