Rimfire pistol at 25 yards
* 2x maximum magnification
* 2 hand standing
* 10 shots with 5 points per hit in the red (3" ring) and 2 points per hit inside the 8" ring
* Tie breaker - best group size
Rimfire rifle at 50 yards

Bummer - right now I only have access to a 50 ft indoor range....

Shoot it anyway----it is for fun. |
OK, I'm in.
Now let me rock the boat a bit.
Can I shoot multiple entries with different guns?
Thanks

Only my opinion ... but since only one of your entries would be your best score anyway, I wouldn't see any harm in seeing how well you would do with multiple rimfire pistols or rifles (maybe others can weigh in on this question). _________________ "We will always remember. Sounds like a good way to break in the new red dot on the 22/45.
I'll shoot the rifle section with my 10/22 - But I'm gonna do some targets with my CZ452 and my new Henry lever action.
I Just got the Henry yesterday and haven't shot it yet.
Scoped and boresighted it today ... sounds like a fun way to zero 'er in and see how she shoots.
It'll be interesting to see how each rifle does.
Got my $2 on my CZ though |

HELP !
I can't seem to figure out how to attach a scan.
I have no digital camera capabilities, so it's got to be a scan.
Thanks

Mearl ... When you scan the target, your software should give you the option to save the scan as a jpeg file. Once you save it as a jpeg, you can upload it to photobucket and add it to your post like any other picture. _________________ "We will always remember. We will always be proud. This is really embarrassing. When we went shooting the other day my 20 something son wanted to try his hand at the Turkey target and.... well you know the rest.

Jimbo ... While there is certainly significant value in experience, 20 year old eyes are real handy when shooting extended distances _________________ "We will always remember. We will always be proud. We will always be prepared, so we may always be free"

I like it. But I expect the 50 yd rimfire rifle should be shot "off the hind legs" too. Even at 4X, there's many a modified 10/22 out there that will make one ragged hole with target ammo if bags are used.....JMO, Dennis _________________ 45 Colt. "The sixgunner's sixgun" |

Hey, Jimbo; I would score your targets as 38 for you, and 47 for your son. If the hole breaks the line, it gets the higher score, right?
I shot a pretty good target (rifle) the other day, but it was VERY windy/gusty, and I think I can do a bit better. So I'll wait until I get another chance on a 'quiet' day. My pistol attempts were too far off to even bother posting. (I'm assuming that 'standing' - for the pistol shooting - means absolutely NO support of any kind.) I might try that again, too, but not expecting to do much better. _________________ Luke 10:19 |

Shoot44 ... you would be correct (I guess it not just Jimbo's eyes that are being affected by all those years of experience ) _________________ "We will always remember. We will always be proud. We will always be prepared, so we may always be free"
