If I didn't reload, it wouldn't be a problem. I now have to ask the other shooters to hold their fire while I walk out in front of the line to pick up my brass. I shoot a lot and they do too. This is an outdoor range.

Remington has the 597 in 22 magnum. I put a Volquartsen hammer and extractor in my new one recently. It shoots great, I plan on finding the most accurate ammo but it may be CCI.
I had one, I can't remember if it was a flat bolt or not. They were just m77 rifles. I loaded 125 gr Sierra JHC bullets w/ R 7 powder (Speer manual ) and whatever I hit would vaporize before my eyes. I still day dream about having one built.
