It’s pretty tight at the shortest distance—.0015” but is .007” at the widest measurement. I’m a little concerned about not having shot it first also. Just trying to avoid two trips back to factory. I had read that anything over .005 needed to be addressed.

I have a brand new, unfired SP101 that I am sending back to get some grind marks polished. I also measured the endshake as .0055". Should I ask them to look at this while the gun is on its pilgrimage? Thanks

I'm looking to add some spare parts for my AR556 MPR. I know that semi-auto BCGs used to have a different firing pin with a smaller collar. Is that true with the MPR? If so, where do you find the right spare firing pin? thanks, Tancred

Fixed the issue with slide locking back too soon by filing off a very small amount of material on the follower to allow better clearance with the slide lock when there's still one round in mag. I'll just keep an eye on the mag release to see if it gets better with time.

Just put about 80 rounds through a new EC9s. Had a couple of issues. The biggest one was the slide locking back before the mag was empty. Happened twice with the same mag. The other issue was the mags sometimes don't drop free. Any suggestions on how to fix these issues? thanks, Tancred
