Couldn't agree with you more. Several of the guys I shoot with use S&W 629's and they seem to be tightening screws or fiddling with some sort of problem a lot of the time. All the while I just keep popping off loads with my Redhawk 5.5". Ruger's are just built like a tank. They've got me for...
All my handguns are revolvers, including my CCW which is a S&W 60-3" loaded with short barrel 135gr +P. All the rest are Rugers. I have to admit shooting one of my Redhawks with my own full pop .44 Magnums is just about more fun than a guy should have..I have always loved the simplicity of a...
Just a few pics of my new birthday toy. Going to the range today to sight it in and fire a bunch of Federals through it. I expect it to be a fun gun to shoot...

I'm for leaving things as they are. If you get to much going on it becomes a real pain to keep up with all the HTML and such. You do a great job guys and I'm just glad your here. Thanks much.

The barrel and receiver are from a Ruger Tactical 22 which comes with a target trigger, the stock is a Magnum Research from Midway and the scope is a Redfield 3-9x40, also purchased from Midway.

It's taken a while but I finally got my dream .22 together. I love the fit and feel of the Magnum Research stock, and have to admit the new Redfield scopes are bright and sharp with butter smooth mechanics just like their big brothers from Leupold. I'll post a report as soon as I get a chance...
This is the combo I have for my Redhawk 4.2". They're both quality leather, and the fit is real nice. Won't cost you an arm and a leg either.

I purchased a new Charger a while back and have put around 500 rounds through it without a glitch. I used the stock magazine and two Butler Creek 25rd mags. I gave it a thorough cleaning before I ever fired it, as I do all my new guns. I guess I would recommend a good cleaning, and possibly...
Got to the range on Thursday and was very pleased. Rugers got another winner in their Charger. Once I got the Red Dot zeroed I was able to keep most of them in a half dollar circle at 35 yards. I expect to do better when I'm able to shoot from a good bench rest.

Son, ya got her made...I'm green with envy. Beautiful leather, beautiful gun and it sounds like the ideal life style. Have a good and safe trip.
