I emailed Clipdraw and they replied pretty quickly. The clipdraw comes with a longer screw to accommodate for the grip. I placed my order :)

All, I have an LCP 1 with a rogue grip sleeve on it. I was wondering if I can use a clip draw on it as it uses the same attachment point as the pin that holds the grip on. I have a universal one on now, but would like to have one that’s easily removable when I want to use my fobus holster...

I ended up finding a smoking deal online on a used Ruger airhawk .177, braek barrel has the FPS rating as the targis hunter. Can’t beat $36 shipped, and even has the scope with it.

I just bought my first LCP - it’s the original model. It is a great EDC gun, no bulk, and I don’t even know it there most of the time. I looked at the II, but liked the size and feel of this one way better. - plus I got one hell of a deal on it. Only had it to the range once, and at 10 yards...

Thanks guys! I purchased the original LCP, not the newest II. The spring is there, the pin does have a groove, and it does “click” in when assembling.. If it continues to happen the next time out, I will contact Ruger.
