I'm sure the LC9s is a dead duck. It has been replaced with the EC9 for a lower price point. It seems Ruger is targeting a lower price crowd these days. Their Security-9 has been a huge seller for Ruger and I would assume that the compact version will sell even better. Cheers!

It is quite a bit wider than the LC9s. I have a Security 9 and like it a lot, but I like the narrow LC9s for carry. In my original post I was only wishing for a double-stack LC9s. Grins.

The magazine safety is a non-issue. It takes 5 minutes or less to remove... simple. On Ruger's web site the schematic of the SR9E shows the magazine safety in place just like the SR9. If you remove the striker the magazine safety lifts right out of the slide. I removed them from my SR9 and...
