I bet my life on a 1911. I can shoot a revolver, but not nearly as quickly or as well as a 1911. It's the gun I cut my pistol shooting teeth on. Thanks, uncle Ralph.

Well done, my friend. I remember my first deer with a handgun, a big doe with a 44 Magnum. Spined her and she dropped in her tracks, literally. best meals I have ever eaten, other than mama's cooking.

I carry a ful size 1911 IWB every day. In the summer is t-shirt or polo shirt, and it conceals just fine. O occasion it has been a M-28 or M 25-5, also IWB. As others have said, a good belt and larger trousers is key.
