I'm thinking that someone at the plant may not be walking out the door with an old model, but could they ship it to a different address and get away with it ? I hope that's not going on but something sure does stink.

The torx work much better for me. I've changed out all my old screws in favor of these. Also less chance of scratching the ring itself with the side of the screwdriver, like you see on so many of the older M77's. Bill
