    LC9 Striker For 2014?

What is the desire for the striker version? Would it increase reliability or what other benefit? Yea I would absolutely love a single stack version of the SR9c as I love mine but would like a thinner version for carry.

    SR9C Safety

I am surprised. The safety on my SR9c is one of the things I really like about this pistol. It is so easy to tell whether it is on or off. Super easy to disengage by just sliding your thumb down the side when picking the gun up as it hits my thumb just right. Just seems a natural movement and so...

    LCP Enhanced Model

Not an expert but----- The original series LCPs had a -dash- in the serial number. The newer version does not and I believe they now start with a 371 for the serial number. What changed is the bumps (sights) are a little taller and have sharper more distinct edges. Another change is they...

    LCP Enhanced Model

Are you referring to the one without a -dash- in the serial number that has been out for about a year now or is there a new third version?

    Question on LCP

Yea that is the one I purchased. Works great for people with large fingers to get their third finger on but for me it did not allow using my pinky at all and my fingers are not big. I have a set of those if anyone wants to try them as I have no need.

    Question on LCP

Oh and the 7 round magazine is the same length as the stock 6 round - just some internal modifications to allow the extra round. I have 2 of them.

    Question on LCP

On my LCP, I use the included finger extension but yes my pinky is not involved. Can't remember the brand but I purchased a pair of extended longer pieces for the magazines but they were too short for me to add another finger. My hands are not big either. Also it really made a pocket draw...

Any SR version more accurate than the others?

Thank you for that post! I need to try shooting the .40 and .45 as the 9 and 380 are all I have ever shot before.

Any SR version more accurate than the others?

Ah I should have said I was using the 17 round magazine. Never even tried the 10 round. That was kind of dumb!! Next time.

Any SR version more accurate than the others?

Dumb question probably but today got me thinking. Was my first time out shooting my new SR9c and LCP. The LCP was fun to shoot and quite snappy. Could really feel it after 50 rounds. Accuracy was reasonable for a close quarters weapon. No issues at 5 yards other than the sights aren't worth...

LC9 with Laser Max or Crimson trace

As Trucker says--- I didn't like the grip switch. I found the button switch on the front of the grip to be painful and difficult to use. Try to find a gun shop where you can hold both types of laser to see how it works for you. I recently added the Crimson Trace green laser to my SR9c that...

What do you use to lube your SR?

The highest wear item seems to me to be the slide and was expecting some type of grease as a recommendation. I have read everything I can find on this topic but every product out there has claims it is the best and claims it is snake oil. Would think that there would be some stand-out product on...

    sight paint

Also for a dummy like me ;) , what type of paint works best? I added some Krylon white paint to my LCP sights to help "find" them and it works great - but the paint although recommended for metal is too soft and gets peeled off slowly using a holster. Need a harder cured paint.

    Concealed Carry Guns

While I love my SR9c, to me it is too heavy when loaded for pocket carry. Suppose it would be better with a tighter fitting pocket but then you would struggle to get it out. Oh and it would take a LARGE pocket! And then to me it would slop about too much when walking. Tried out an LC9 thinking...

What do you use to lube your SR?

I have an SR9c and an LCP. Being new to semi-automatics I am unsure what to use for lube. What is recommended? I have used RemOil lightly but not sure if that is proper or if I should be using something more like a grease at least on the slide and light oil internally. The RemOil is just wiped...
