    Update: Received my gun today. They replaced the slide and fired 30 routes of black hills 115G FMJ with no malfuntions. It looks great.

    Anyone have suggestions for a decent foam case to hold my sr9c with 3 to 4 mags, loader. Looking for something to use to carry to ranges, etc. Wondering what others use to carry their stuff. Thanks

    Anyone have markings like this on their SR9C.

    I received an email this morning from Ruger. They want me to send the gun back to them so they can examine and repair. I'm fine with that. Sucks that I have to send it off but I'd rather have a new gun with no markings. We'll see what happens.

    local gun shop ordered it for me . not many options for handguns in my area. I could check with the gun shop but thought I'd check with ruger first

    You cannot feel the marks at all. Very smooth. It's in the dye. I will let you know what they decide once they reply to my email. I am hoping they just send me a new slide vs having me send the gun in.
