    Can anyone tell me the value of a tin of Hicks musket caps. Only information I can find online is they are pre civil war. The tin is embossed on top 250 hicks water proof us musket caps. am flask and cap co waterbury conn. It appears period and is apparently full. thanks neil

    What about a gun made in 1960 according to serial number run and not shipped until 1963. Wouldnt it be possible to have either frame?

    MY rssmx grip frame is also very ash gray in color. Is there any information anywhere as to the type of frames that guns would have been shipped with or is it just by asking and comparing serial numbers and seeing whose has what? I inquired with ruger and they said they dont have that...

    I recently picked up a ruger magnum marked rssmx . Serial number is 339933 .It has a xr3 red grip frame and eagle barrel. Called ruger today and was told it was shipped in April of 62 . I thought the red frames didnt show up until sometime in June or July. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for...
