Cabelas has flap holsters for the old armys but I know blackhawks fit them, also a place near Cabelas in Hamburg PA. called Dixons Gun Shop has them too. Dixons deal in mostly black powder..and they have a web site but the address is stuck in my head somewhere??

By the way, I have a Max and the front sight is not screwed on, it must be soldered..

Why would Ruger Service keep the Max??

Does anyone have a blued 4 inch barrel for a Ruger Security Six ? I'm not sure of the year but it has to be about 20 yrs old or more.. The factory doesn't offer them anymore. :?

I am selling my second Ruger Old Army. I'm keeping my original one. It is new in the box. It's a S/S 7 1/2 inch original never fired. Any one know what I should ask for it or expect to be offered from a black powder only shop???

Has anyone purchased an engraved ruger redhawk from North Eastern Pa. in the last 10 or 15 years? It's magnaported and engraved and may have had two sets of grips.

I'm getting a little older :? and have known to many people that say (one of these days I'm gonna shoot some of my guns) but the days run out, the guns went to auction, and my buddies went???? So when someone says,( holy cow you're not gonna shoot that its a collector gun) you know what happens...

Hey Coog I got one you missed.... I just won one on Auction Arms and you were right, a little over the $600.00 mark. Do you have a favorite load for hunting and maybe one for practice. Is it safe and or wise to shoot 38s/357 mags./ out of this revolver without hurting the cylinder or forcing...

Just wandering if $650.00 is a good price for a 357 Maximum in good condition? Does anyone know if there is one for sale out there?
