    Backstrap out of spec?

Could be that the wood grips are out of spec.. I would either try another set of the wood or try a grip from Hogue, which I believe will take up some of your recoil giving you more control.

    New GP 100

I bought a new GP100 the first of the year, a blued 4" model and had trouble with the cylinder not wanting to cycle around all the time, binding. Gunsmith at the store done a little filing at the six o clock position of the frame under the fireing pin and a touch of reblue on it and it still...

    2-piece grip panels for GP100?

The GP100 has a different grip frame from the security-six and service-six. Take your hogue's off and you'll see what I mean. The wood grips will be one piece also from hogue but they look great and may get a pair myself for my blued GP100.

    LCR Troubles

I'm sorry to hear of this problem. My only dealing with combat plastic is with Glock. Really don't think polymer is the way to go on revolvers or at least not just yet. I hope they can figure out a solution for all you LCR owners. No problem here with Ruger steel revolvers. Thank God...

    New Vaquero timing

Slow cocking a revolver isn't good. Noticed it myself on other revolvers not just Ruger. Cock it and don't wait around. You don't have to be rough, just go ahead with the motion and be done. Think that will solve the problem. Enjoy!

    Value of my GP100

I'd say around $400.00 + or - $50.00 or so. Really depends on how bad someone else wants it or how fast you want to move it. I have a 4 inch model and love it. Enjoy!

    4" Redhawk 45 Colt Pic

Now that's one sweet Redhawk! I wouldn't mind having one like it. Those factory rubber grips on the 4" just don't get it for such a large size gun. Enjoy! :D
