I have a Ruger Standard, serial #17-03053, signed by Bill Ruger, 1 in 5000, in excellent condition. What resources should I look to as a guide on value and asking price from informed buyers. I will be replacing this with a newer Ruger target model but that is not a part of the equation. Thanks...

Please share your opinion of the value of a MK I sn 17-030xx. This was manufactured in December 1981 as one of last 5,000 MK I before Ruger switched to the MK II. This SS gun is in excellent condition with Bill Ruger's signature on the receiver. I do not have the original wood box. Thank you, Joe
