    SR9 OR 9E REAR SIGHT ?

The SR9 is much superior to the E because it can be adjusted. I had the SR9E and it shot way left. I was unable to adjust the E while the SR9 was spot-on right out of the box.

    SR9 or 9E

I had both and prefer the SR9. 80 bucks more but you get a hard case, stainless steel slide, adjustable rear sight, an extra mag and a better-looking gun. Either way you can't go wrong.

    The World War

A lot of picking at nits here. Editorial license is taken in all shows, TV and movies. Everyone can spot goofs but the big picture is what counts and I thought the HC did a good job of trying to tell the impossible. Hitler's rage, for example, at the injustices of the Treaty of Versailles is...

Just One Question- Where is the 22 Rimfire Ammo?

    Simple explanation: Fear and Greed.

    I'd love a 10/22 but.......

I'm not into conspiracies but this thread and others like it demonstrate that the government is achieving more gun control by the back-door tactic of restricting ammo. By purchasing massive quantities of ammo for DHS and military use, the supply to civilian markets is necessarily low because...

Gander Mountain --- Dishonest in advertising? SR1911

Not surprised. Many big chains use "bait-and-switch" tactics or hide behind "misprint" excuses or otherwise are deceptive in ads. Gander, in particular, is notorious for luring people in and when you get there, a lot of discounted stuff is "out of stock." A few weeks ago, one of their flyers...

    a set of 3 pretty security six's

6 bills per, a bit overpriced. shoot em and they'll each lose 200 bucks.

    10/22 trigger pull

I lightened my 10-22 with a Voltquartsen hammer kit for 25 bucks from Midway from stock 6 pounds to about 3. Don't need the entire assembly. Still has a bit too much creep but much better. Better yet, buy a Savage with an Accutrigger and you don't have to change a thing.

.22 ammo. Does anyone know for real?

Had 10,000 rounds six months ago, down to 5K. A lot purchased in 2011/late 2012 before Newtown.

The 10/22 I love this gun

The Mannlicher always gets raves when I uncase at range.

My new 10-22's both by Talo

Love my Talo editions: Green laminate and just bought the 10-22 International Mannlicher walnut, still unfired. Too pretty to shoot.

Will an International 10/22 stock fit on a standard 10/22?

Talo green laminate and Talo International Mannlicher walnut; the Mannlicher is unfired. Bought BNIB 2 weeks ago and it's too pretty to shoot. The first one only has 1,000 rounds through it. Like 'em a lot.

    This .22 ammo any good?

Well, I bought a box and ran 10 through my 10-22 without a problem. The bad news is that the bullets are heavily waxed-coated. But for the price couldn't go wrong.

    This .22 ammo any good?

LGS has several boxes of these for $4.95 each. Anybody know if this ammo will run well in a 10-22?

    Just bought a 10/22 takedown

We checked the Nikon and others and found they were too long to fit into the case. Maybe your bag is bigger.
