Just got the call yesterday from my LGS that my LCR 9mm had arrived. Unfortunately since I live in the Socialist State of New York, I will have to wait a week or so while it gets added to my license before I can pick it up. Still an early Christmas for me.

I bought the real Patch Worm to, I carry it in my range bag in case I want to clean while at the range. Don't use it often but it is nice to have along and takes no room for an assortment of guns compared to a bunch of snakes. I do have snakes for my two most used calibers but they stay at home.

I bought a NcStar Mark III Tactical thinking it would fit in the pouch attached fine. It mounts and is short enough but the extra knob on the left to turn on the illuminated reticle and or the laser makes it to thick to go in the pouch. This was unexpected. So I'm glad it has a quick release.

I am also looking for a different rail. I want one that when I use my quick release mounts I can use the iron sights.

Yep I know, but I paid $20 + tax each for them (accept for the one that came with my new 10/22) in the last couple of weeks and I will use them. I just decided I like the clear ones better so if I could recoupe some of my money I would switch.
