38/357 148 grain wadcutter bullet recommendation wanted

Coated bullets are mandatory IMHO, unless you like to scrape off lead in the cylinder. As stated Berry's would eliminate that at 800fps. IMHO

Reloading 38 special double end wadcutters question

Our PPC rounds are less than target velocity. In Michigan the indoor range is 50' and a 600fps is adequate with a light roll crimp for ignition is all that's required. I do mine on the flat just below the top radius. Don't push them they were meant for low velocity's.

    Curious about it's worth

I found an old silverware case for my 1st issue Colt DS snub nose, it has some kind of tarnish retardant, so far so good.

    Light primer strike question

For PPC reworked revolvers, the Federal and Federal match are the standard. I have to dump them from the large tray into a plastic bag, then pour them into the primer flipper tray carefully, Ugh.

sp101 2013 22lr heavy hammer spring replacement question

We had that problem with building PPC revolvers. For reloaders the answer was use Federal primers, They are the softest of all primers to ignite

    357 magnum rifle

The beauty of hand loading is developing the perfect round. Longer barrel, slower powder!
