Empty cases would fail to completely eject and get caught in the ejection port. The slide would also fail to stay open after the last shot but that would happen less often. Thanks and I apologize for not being more specific.

I picked up 500 240 grain semi wadcutters in 44 magnum for 64.00 bucks which I thought was a good deal. I loaded a few with 6.4 grains of bullseye to see how they shoot. What other loads do you guys use for the same bullet? I prefer to make them a little on the "warm" side. Thanks.....goose

I have a Roger redhawk with a 4" barrel that I would like to take deer hunting. I know most people would use a longer barrel length but what are your thoughts on hunting with a 4" barrel? I wouldn't take any shot longer than I should and I know my limitations. What do you all think?
