I think Ruger should send you a new certificate on factory official letter head with the old serial number and the transfer to the new serial number. With an exact reason why the change occurred. Then you can file the paperwork in your files for further use. You never know.

I just picked up my LC9s recently and installed a Hogue grip. Feels good but I have yet get to the range. It was a pain in the ass getting the grip on but worth it. Used wife's hairdryer to soften it up. Good luck with your new purchase.

Just put one on my LC9s used the old ladies hair dryer to soften it up. Tight fit, looking forward to hitting the range and checking it out. Any comments on the sneaky Pete holsters? Thinking about picking one up I am looking at the belt loop. Don't know weather to go with leather or fabric...
