I've printed out targets just like that for rifle shooting. You can usually set your printer to use a reduced ink setting if you prefer. For pistol, I use a circle template cut out of cardboard and put it over a piece a printer paper. A cheap can of spray paint makes many dozens of targets!

I had this problem with my BH 45 Colt. Kept popping out EVERY time I would reassemble it. Had to bend the 'leg' with a pair of needle nose pliers and it fixed the problem for good.

You may also consider the Corbon DPX with the all copper bullet which seems to be pretty popular these days though a bit pricey. Its hard to pick the wrong 125gr 357 load if one even exists. I don't think there's a caliber/bullet combo that has a better reputation that the 357/125.

Probably still OK if you thin it a bit. The mineral spirits should revitalize it.
