Yes, it is a lever action. The receiver is not D&T'd. Rossi has a scope mount that lets a scope be mounted ahead of the action.

I have a Ruger 77 flat bolt, tang safety in 250 Savage that I bought used a number of years ago. Serial #70-992xx. Just curious as to when it was made. Also I think the rifling twist is 1-14, but I'd like to confirm that.

I have my eye on one and intend to make a move on it soon. Do I understand correctly that all the Bisley FT models do not have the internal lock? I think I read that the FT models are now a regular production item, so are there any physical differences between them and the Lipsey models?
