    I guess I am to use to S&W. Just sent in a 6" 686 i bought used and they installed a 2" barrel, went through it and returned my old barrel. Guess Ruger will not miss my business !

    New SR1911 Concerns

    Thanks for the reply's gents. Took it to the range this morning and it did fine. I was shooting 4" groups which is normal for me at 25 yds. Ran 150 rounds of 230 grain Lawman through it with out a hiccup. Charlie

    Good Afternoon, I picked up a new SR1911 today and I have some concerns. I notice that there is some slide rattle when shaken. Also upon dis assembly I noticed that the barrel bushing had some play when put on the barrel. Is this normal? Thanks For your help, Charlie
