It looks like a decent enough pistol, but I'm a diehard MK fan. The one thing that makes me cringe about the SR22 is why would they feel the need to have SR22 "PISTOL" printed on the slide? Isn't it obviously a pistol? Anyhow, looks neat other than that. :)

You don't have to carry with a round in the chamber, but I and many others prefer to. It's not worth the risk to carry otherwise IMO. It is absolutely safe... Just practice proper trigger discipline and use a proper holster and you'll be ok. :)

I ran a box through my P95 and half a box through my LCP. The Tulammo seemed just as accurate as the usual $10 box of Federal that I usually buy albiet it seemed a bit dirty in my opinion. No problems with it at all though. Also noticed that all of the spent cases landed pretty close together...

Rem Oil works great for that. Spray some on a cloth, wipe gun, then wipe off the excess.

You'll need those precious milliseconds should the P95 ever need to be put into action. Like everyone else is saying, yes, for your sake, carry with one in the chamber. It's not worth the risk to do otherwise IMO. Don't worry, it's extremely safe with the saftey/decocker and the very heavy DA...

I'd suggest the P95. The SR9s are pretty slick looking, but I prefer hammers over strikers and the whole barrel peening issue that some have never set right with me. I also like how the P95 doesn't have any "lawyer parts" such as a loaded chamber indicator or magazine disconnect. I use mine to...

Nothing rare, fancy, or really worth oooing and aahing over. Just a group of dependable Rugers, and that's good enough for me. :)

I'd keep the P95 as it's a bit more tried and true despite being a little more bulky. The frequent peening reports never sat right with me, and I'm not a fan of the "safety gadgets" on the SR9.
