Well, got the LCP back. Ruger says they fired 24 rounds "after repair" and had no malfunctions. But I can still cause the issue by dry firing. I'll take it to the range tomorrow.

New LCP, out of the box the trigger does not reset maybe as often as half the time. After much experimentation dry firing I finally figured out why. Slide friction is preventing the trigger bar on the right side from fully resetting upward. If I nudge the slide to the right it will reset. So...
