    Just for snickers and grins

December will be 29 years, I know this because the first year we where married my wife bought me a Dillon 550 for Christmas. I'm blessed to still have the wife and the press! Having it allowed me to shoot alot more and teach my children to shoot. 26 calibers and counting.

Reloading the 45 Colt: Ruger Single Action

I've loaded 45 colt for many years and have developed 3 loads. Unique or universal with a 250 gr cast bullet 900 to 950 fps very much like original loads. 2400 with a 250 or 265 gr cast bullet mimics 44 magnum. When I want some zip H 110 with 300 to 325 gr cast gas checked. 1300 + fps from 7 1/2...

    Buckeye Edition 32

This year I purchased 2 nib no shippers. I paid $1290 for one and $990 for the second one. Keep in mind they had their counterparts in 38-40 10mm that I purchased for the same price. Fired and missing a cylinder $700 would be the top, $600 would be better.

    Consecutive Buckeye pairs

I've always found Blackhawks to be good investments. I'm pretty sure I own one in every caliber except 480, 454 and 44 40. It is my intention to keep these 4 together and when my time as their caretaker is over I will do everything i can to make sure they stay together.

    Consecutive Buckeye pairs

Same original owner. His daughter had them on consignment at a LGS. I'm pretty sure she had no idea, they were all for sale separately with no mention of them being pairs or consecutive. Dumb luck on my part to find them.

    Consecutive Buckeye pairs

Six months ago I found a pair of concurrent Buckeys (one 32-20, one 38-40) unfixed with both cylinders and boxes, unfortunately no shipping sleeves. This week I picked up another pair that are consecutive to the first pair. Also nib no sleeves. What an awesome find.
