I continue to be impressed with this forum! A few members seem to look for something to pick at, but overall helpful and courteous.

Sorry I chimed in on the morphing, I'm actually glad to see that called down. I'll try to watch how far it goes in the future. Chisolm Charlie

    New member Wrangler question...

On shipping policies and laws, believe it or not, I've received -TO MY DOOR- bundles of long guns, both rifles and shotguns, straight from an overseas straw, or pick-a-number to claim, auction on a military base. I refrain from details 'cause I wish not to get the shipper in trouble if it IS...

    New member Wrangler question...

Thanks for the affirmative hopes Randyzzz, I think it's coming around. Each soak and wipe lightens the reddish cast some. On the redo with other finish, like I mentioned, I'm looking into "Patina F/X" products. Mr. Bill Worden's line of chemicals to react on various metals with mottling...

Exactly contender, my thinking on all points including "be polite"! I've never been one to push buttons or blame anyone, and the times I have had a cross with someone I feel like an a$$ 10 seconds later and apologize. On the cylinder issue I may be onto something too. Upon unboxing all I did...

    New member Wrangler question...

I appreciate all the input, but hate to chase a firearm around through a dealer again! I'd need it to come back through an FFL, right? There's another handling charge hit, right? I submitted an inquiry, but Ruger C.S. didn't offer an attachment selection. We'll see ...... Afterthought! It spent...

Thanks quickdraw...I mean gunman42782. We must have posted at the same time! Take a look at my pictures, not really worth a return as defect on a non-collectable, right? Thanks some more, you too hittman! Chisholm Charlie

Ahh, but the CYLINDER is, all Wrangler cylinders are. The frame is Cerakote on Wranglers, all are.
