Long ago I Got three More 6-Shot Stainless Steel Cylinders Via Ebay auctions.
I also got a Blued 6-shot Cylinder.
In addition I Got four 8-shot Blued cylinders to modify for my .25 Caliber Single Eight Revolver.

Since it was 'Roll Marked" as RUGER, with the RUGER LOGO and caliber Markings consistent with other RUGER cylinders I own and Electric Pencil marked with what appeared to be a partial serial number, again consistent with Other RUGER cylinders, it seems it is NOT a "Scrap Barrel Salvage" item...
Tried Coin collecting as A youth, then Stamp collecting in my Teens. Both were Unsatisfactory to me.
Not Interested in Baseball Cards; but my Nephew has a Large collection and does Trade in Them.

I did, Twice; and i am Happy so far.
1st was a Used Ruger Convertible Single Six in .22LR/.22WRM. It is now a CF "Single Eight" with a 10-5/8" one turn in 9.8" .25ACP/6,35 Browning Custom Barrel.
2nd was a Used Ruger .32 H&R Magnum Single Six.

Perhaps you do onot understand The Problem I faced.

2. Ruger Said the Revolver Would be Returned to STOCK ORIGINAL Condition BEFORE they would consider fitting a Replacement...
Finally received the definitive Reply from Ruger: They will Not Exchange the Bad cylinder unless we send a 'Single six' revolver in with it to have Ruger Fit the New cylinder.
Oh well.

I originally Did call Ruger and was rebuffed by the Technical Advisor I talked to.

As to How many other Cylinders may exist with similar defects...

Friday was intermittently cloudy, sunny and occasion light rain.
My solar power installation was completed except for the enlarged power wiring between pole and house.
