Bolt stop for the 44 Carbine

Hey Guys. Me again with a question that I cant seem to get an answer for. We all know that you can buy an aftermarket bolt stop (recoil buffer) Ruger slap stopper.......you get the point, for the 10/22. There are literally dozens of companies that make that pin that Ruger sends to you made in...

    Hawkeye vs Precision

As I’m told: “They (Lipseys/Ruger collaboration) make 250 of these special editions every year. But the kicker is each year its a different caliber and they’ll never reissue a calber again. So therefore a very limited gun IMHO.

    1970 .44 mag carbine

Yes sir. I have a limbsaver on it. I took it off so that yall could see the buttplate and how it was in almost great condition. No dents with little wear. The rifling is perfect and I know because I stuck one of those telescopic cameras down it. Thank you for the reply.

    1970 .44 mag carbine

Wow!! Really? It’s the first one I’ve ever come by. Didn’t even know it existed. Bought the gun just like it is in pictures. With the help of YouTube I totally took it apart with appropriate tools and even the blued underside is perfect. I was blown away at its coolness.

Thanks everyone for the supernice comments about my carbine. I do wear a limbsaver on it because it helps me with the flinching effect. I still cant shoot a fifle without flinching a bit. Ive been shooting various rifles up to the mule kicking 45-70 cartridge for 30 years. Pistol is a different...

    Lubricants

I seem to like the Battleborne products. They’re not overtly expensive and you only use a small amount each time. That starter kit l bought last year still has half of each product and I shoot and clean regularly. Meaning 5 times a week at 100 or more rounds a day. But like alot of folks will...

This gun is balls accurate. Not me. The gun.

Out of the box this little guy was stacking 10mm pancakes in a wooden door that I use to post targets on. This gun fits my grip so well that I am absolutely positive it makes me a better shooter. Never have I melted with a gun like this before. I just got a MagnumResearch Desert Eagle 1911 in...

    1970 .44 mag carbine

OK. I'll have to find out how. I'm so proud. I just got through putting exactly 50 bullets through it. Took ony 3 to zero it in because of my Wheeler magnetic bore sighter (that thing is awesome) and was shooting 1-2 inch groups at 138 yds. That's how far away I can get from my targets on my...

    SR1911 10mm Failure...And The Final Update

I would have shat me skivees then and there. I love my SR 10mm. It is the most accurate 1911 I've ever held. I'm not suggesting that it's the gun that's accurate. It may very well be. But I think it's a gun that fits my stance, grip, way I aim, sight picture. It's the target variant so I guess...

Can anyone tell me briefly how to upload pictures on here? This new internet thing has thrown me for a loop. I haven’t the first clue of how to take the pictures on my phone and upload them here to this here thread.

    Hawkeye vs Precision

This Hawkeye you guys are speaking of. I just bought one of the limited Lipseys editions. That gun cost too much monet to go banging around the woods with. They told me that Ruger only made 250 of them. Mine is in .260 Remington and its a straight, flat shooter. Kicks like a mule but oh it makes...
