I bought a used MKII magazine in excellent condition by mistake off a web site. WTT for same condition MKIV magazine for my Target model.

Based on the advice here I've started working with a good general gunsmith to get the work done when he can work me in.

I recently discovered that not all gun sight companies are able to cut a front sight dovetail in the round barrel of a MKIV. I would appreciate any referrals to a gunsmith capable of doing the job. Thank you.

MKIV critical spare parts? What are the most critical spare parts I should have on hand at the cabin in the woods to keep my MKIV up and running? Viewed from a slightly different perspective, is there a list of parts that need to be replaced most often?

Member at RIMFIRECENTRAL has supplied a sight. I want to buy a fixed blade rear sight from a Standard model of the MK series pistols.

I'd like to switch to a carry style rear sight on my MKIV, but am having trouble finding makes that fit the rear (female) dovetail. Is the dovetail size unique? If not, please suggest replacement brands of sights that use the same size (male) dovetails. Thank you.
