I have a 357 RH Mr Clements cut down to 4", tuned and shaved down the grip…must be 15 years ago now. Love the hell out of this gun. Even though it’s got some dings from riding along fishing and camping over the years. Didn’t like the trigger till I got it back and he really reduced the stacking...

I’ve never considered a 22 for self defense…but I carry a Glock 20 in a VM2. Conceals great under a long shirt with all my additional padding lol. The SP-101 goes everywhere else the 20 would stick out

Thanks for the reply dsf. When the hammer hangs, it takes almost no pressure on the trigger to drop the hammer the rest of the way. Based on this diagram, could the trigger link (77) be sliding into the hole at the end of the hammer strut? (55)...
Redhawk works fine double action but when I try SA and pull the trigger slightly, the hammer drops halfway. Pulling the trigger the rest of the way drops the hammer. Ring any bells to anyone?
