    Problem was reset issue. Repaired insert, items replaced, guide rod assembly, striker assembly, sear spring. Pistol was function fired 21 rounds of Black Hills 115 GR FMJ without malfunction. Regards, Harry

    Sent LC9S back to Ruger for very simple repair. Eight days later back home. No charge as usual. Bought my first Ruger in 1962. After all these years, Ruger customer service and their guns still make me smile! Regards, Harry

    Powder coated bullets for 357 and 41 mag

    Read six shots and others on subject question. How do they perform without gas checks and under or about 1200 fps. My concern is barrel leading bullets are commercial with Brinnell hardness of 16. This has probably been done to death, if so, accept my apologies. Regards and thanks, Harry
