Security 9 and hollow points

I went to the range again today and had no problem chambering 9 mm Hornady hollow points.

One of my Sig P239 would not hand cycle a round... hollow point or full metal jacket... the interesting thing is it would cycle any of it when firing the gun. Even though you seem to have fixed the problem you might want to consider having the feed ramp polished. And as others have mentioned.... don't try to feed a round into the chamber by hand, either lock the slide back and then release it and let it fall on its own or just pull it back and release it. Let the pistol do its job.

I want the Security 9 for a vehicle gun. Have not seen any real negatives about it, and I just want it for a vehicle anyway.

Other than it being striker fired and a plastic gun.... I hear they are fine.
