It figures that the guy is getting boned like that. I hope he prevails but I have my doubts about it.

If you read the article they actually did get around to reimbursing him....
just really two problems caused it... someone checked the wrong thing off when he turned the car in and then when he tried to get it fixed on line he got what looks to me like an automated response that might not have even been sent by a real person. when he did actually talk to someone... they fixed it.
