Use blue or purple NOT red.
In very generic terms.
Purple (222) is for small machine screws - removable.
Blue (242) for large machine screws and bolts - removable
Red (262) for things you do not want to ever take apart - only removable with heat
Green (?) permanent stud and bearing mount

OK I am not familiar with the 10/22 TD. That makes the question where does it take down? Does the bbl and scope stay together or do they separate?
As my mind slowly wakes up I'm guessing the scope stays on the receiver the same as a non TD mounts. If that's the case you will probably lose zero...

A couple thoughts.
Is the time stamp the same? The other may have kept bidding and underbid due to the original auto bid bumping to meet his attempts to bid.
I have on occasion bumped my auto bid after second thoughts on the original bid.
