Find- ruger 77 rl-dz?? 270 win

I traded for this tang safety ruger m77. Laminate. 270 win. I wasnt sure it was factory but some research led me to believe it is.
Super clean, nice leupold vx1 4-12x40. Cool sling. Couldnt leave it behind.
Ruger site says it was 1987 model 07708
I dont think these are collector guns but I look forward to testing it out.
Is this the desert camo stock? Im not its letter nomenclature.

Very pretty . Nice grain , and a 270. My favorite deer caliber.

Looks like a 24" bbl?
Does the recoil pad say Ruger on it?
Nice rifle either way, I have a soft spot for the original 77's.

I was watching one just About like this on gunbroker last week, but it was a 30-06, I was going to try and buy it but came across a S&W 351 22mag that was calling my name and that ended up going home to me instead

The first laminates that Ruger did was the green laminate. Then there were two different brown laminates. All three werepretty limited, and generally in the most popular centerfire calibers only.

Regardless of age. My gun shoots. Hornady whitetail 130gr load did a surprising one hole group at 100. I smoked a 10" plate at 300yds with ease. My starter handload with speer 130 hot cor did about an inch at 100 and i fired one at the 300 yd plate and hit it. I believe its ready to hunt.
