Had to share

Tonight we are invited over to my sons house for dinner. He had a customer that just came back in from the gulf. It's nice when your friend brings you 10 pounds of fresh shrimp.

I tried them once and found I really don't like them.

But I have to ask,, are those eggs in it as well? A few pictures look like hard boiled eggs.

Yes, they throw a half dozen eggs in and let them cook with the veggies. Quite good and make excellent next day snacks in the lunch sack.

We drive to the ocean (15min) with a group of friends about twice a year and do a good shrimp, crab, LI lobster boil with all the fixin's including Andouille. See some hard boiled eggs, have to chuck some in the pot this summer.

Looks Great!! Never tried puttn eggs in crawfish boils, but will try. Don't be scared to throw mushrooms in your boil too!!
